The Texas Senate late on May 2, 2006 gave final approval without amendment to legislation ("House Bill No. 3") that will replace the existing Texas franchise tax with a new "margin" tax on gross receipts. Under House Bill No. 3, the current franchise tax on the greater of .25% of taxable capital or 4.5% of taxable earned surplus will be replaced with a new margin tax.

Startup phase for the Valladolid project is underway.  The facility will be running at 100% while all the final adjustments are made. 06.22.2006
Inspections are complete at the Valladolid facility.  Startup expected to take place in about two weeks.  Final inspection reports will be reviewed within the week.

Cogeneration and Fossil Fuels - Providing personnel for the Power Generation industry.  Cogeneration Plants, Fossil Fuels, Turbines, Generators, etc.  Using all types of Generators such as GE, Mitsubishi and Siemens-Westinghouse.

Nuclear - Providing personnel for the Nuclear Generation industry.  All Nuclear operations including inspections, outages, management, maintenance, planning, etc.

Factories and Facilities - Oil and Gas related such as refineries, tank farms, pipelines, switching stations, etc.  Factories such as concrete, lumber, and steel studs, etc.
